hi just wondering if anyone has any great recipes for these relishes as have surplus of cucumbers and maybe a good one for tomatoes cheers

my Mum used to make a yummy cucumber and apple relish. dont have the recipe but just on the left is a box headed Message board, in the keyword or member type cucumbers, or whatever you want to know about then in the date posted click on the little arrow on the right and then anytime, then click search. good luck.

key in cucumber relish or chutney in l/h mesage board. In date posted put last 7 days. Memebers have listed receipes there.
