i was in hospital few weeks ago ,with the lunch there was a cup of soup that looked really yuk ,but it was so damn tasty ,ive only ever made chicken soup ,could someone tell me how to make vege soup ,it wasreally thick & really tasty /? thanks

Was it something like Minestrone?Here's one recipe.If you wanted it to be even thicker you could add some cooked white beans or some pasta.
I roast all my vegies that i put into my soup and use a campbells chicken stock liquid . pumkin carrotts spuds onions garlic and add greens last .. it's so tasty with vegies roasted
