I cant have baking powder or dairy, nuts, eggs. My cookies are a disaster. Does anyone have a good tried and true cookie recipe please? I can use baking soda for a raising agent. Can't have soy or corn flours. I have rice and tapioca flours, coconut oil for butter, rice milk for the milk component, nothing for the egg substitute though :) thanks in advance

I presume since you're talking about alternate flours you also want GF? I don't have a recipe I've tried but I found the link below (which looks not-too-bad for cookies that are GF and vegan) by googling - try searching for gluten free vegan cookies. :-) I would think you could substitute a normal GF baking flour mix in for the almond meal, or keep hunting. :-) Good luck!
