Do you mean just the shells when you say uniced?If so they last well in a sealed container...once filled I wouldn't be to sure they wouldn't go all soft :) If you make them yourself like I do make a batch and try just freezing a few...hope this helps Anne

yes... I make the cases, and freeze, then de-frost (or not) and fill and ice...
but my friend makes them up and freezes complete...
She makes sure they don't sweat as they defrost... Her "icing" is chocolate and kermelta

I freeze them filled & don't have any probs. I have to freeze them to hid them from myself!
