I love beetroot jelly.My mum used to make it when I was young, and it was delicious.I have never made it myself though.

STRAWBERRIES AND SILVERBEET SALAD

2 punnets sb washed shucked and sliced into 2 -3 cm peices
7 silverbeet leaves or spinach leaves without white stalk centres, break leaves into bite size pieces

marinade/ vinergarette strawberries in this for a half hour chill in fridge

white vinegar 1/5 cup
olive or vege oil 2 Tablesoons
honey 1 T
sugar 1 T if strawberries are not very sweet
and anything else u like in your vinergarettes

mixed with silverbeet bits/ leaves and

sprinkle topping before serving

1 T toasted sesame seeds
1/2 T poppy seeds

Beetroot jelly, new potatoes and a lovely green salad goozzied up a little. Food in a minute had a good recipe for the beetroot jelly.A packet of boysenberry jelly, tin of diced beetroot and cant remember the rest.Easy peasy.

pasta...
shells, elbows and colored pasta cook til soft or el dente
grated carrot x1
grated cheese
spring or normal onions diced small
tomato (i use two)
chopped ham or crispy bacon or salami
boiled diced egg ( i use six)
capsicum if you like

dressing is

1/2 tin condensed milk
1/2 - 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
malt vinegar
mix together til the consistency you like, add more mustard or vinegar until it tastes the way you want (gives dressing a bite)
\\mix all together, cover in glad wrap in the fridge.

Whatever I find in my garden on the day.

Most likely lettuce, rocket, endive, celery, tomato, cucumber, courgette, parsley, basil, chives, garlic, borage flowers, nasturtium flowers and a few more herbs.

Dressing will be: Olive oil, cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt.

Pasta Salad
- green pasta spirals
- feta cheese cubed
- crushed cashews
- cherry tomatoes halved
- dressed with basil pesto

Pumpkin and Couscous Salad
600g pumpkin, peeled, cut into 2-3cm bits 
2tsp garam masala 
1/2t cinnamon 
1/2t ground ginger 
salt and pepper 
1T olive oil 
1C couscous 
1C boiling water 
1/2C roasted cashews, altho I adore cashews so put in a little extra 
1C cooked chickpeas 
2-3T fruit chutney 
1/2C each of chopped fresh parsley and mint 
juice of 1/2 lemon
Roast pumpkin with spices, salt and pepper at 200celcius tuntil tender and golden, about 1/2 hour 
Mix couscous with boiling water and cover for 5 mins or until water absorbed 
fluff up with fork 
Add cashews, chickpeas, chutney, parsley, mint, lemon and cooked pumpkin.

We do a raw fish salad, curried potato salad, normal garden salad and a pasta one with apple avocado and vinegarette

One of my favorites to go on the table is grated cucumber with apple cider vinegar any vinegar wld do but I only use apple cider one these days as it has a nicer flavour.

beetroot chunks, feta chunks, can of chickpeas, toasted pinenuts and a bit of sliced lettuce.reduced balsamic as a teeny bit of dressing.YUMMO

Everything's in the pantry except the pinenuts.Might replace them with toasted sunflower seeds and make that today.
