Have seen it done in magazine once any ideas?

Cookie pops is what they're known as.

You can just use a 'sugar cookie' type recipe, or gingerbread.

If you google them, there are HEAPS of ideas... some really fantastic looking ones out there.

You can actually buy the pan and the sticks.

There was a recipe in last years countdown mag at christmas using white tim tams and then drawing christmas designs on the biscuit with writing icing
