Wanting Delicious Caesar Salad recipe for Xmas day

i used to waitress at a restaurant that i thought had the best caesar salad recipe, here it is
cos lettuce parma ham ( or crispy bacon) smoked chicken parmesan shavings poached egg croutons ( home made are the best)
dressing: 4 eggs 4 cloves of garlic anchovies 4 tsp worcester sauce 400ml olive oil salt and pepper the juice from 2 lemons
boil eggs for one minute and scoop flesh into a food processor add anchovies (how many depends on taste, i dont like it too strong) garlic, and w sauce, blend till smooth add oil slow like making mayo thin with lemon juice toss lettuce in dressind then add other ingredients
i also make crisp parmesan wafers for on top and then put my poached egg on top of that, its looks really good
