Anyone know where to buy fermipan yeast? Oamaru, Dunedinor Timaru (or online sites) probably best.

Usually Bin Inn or food industry wholesalers will sell 500g packs of dried yeast. Check out your yellow pages.

Moore Wilson sell it as well, however, no good to yoou as they are only iin Wellington and Wairarapa
