Hi Does anyone have an easy recipe to make coconut roughs. Thank you.

1 cup coconut 1/2 cup cocoa 125g copha, melted 3/4 cup icing sugar, sifted 1/3 cup dried milk powder 1/4 cup coconut extra
Coconut Roughs Method:
Place the first four ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour over the cooled copha and blend well. Place spoonfuls on a tray. Sprinkle with coconut and refrigerate

Just in case you don't know. Copha = Kremelta.

I would think so smchkn ... it would probably be alot like white christmas in flavour (if you're familiar with this sweet treat).

Melt pack choc melts, add dried coconut and sppon ontp greased foil leave till set and enjoy. can also add other dried fruits and nuts if you want.
