I can't remember now - it's 3 years ago - I don't think I would've cooked it for 2 hours though so probably just an hour with foil over the top.

I can't remember now - it's 3 years ago - I don't think I would've cooked it for 2 hours though so probably just an hour with foil over the top although it says moderately slow oven so maybe an hour uncovered and then I think the inside still wasn't cooked (it's quite a deep and dense cake) covered with foil.
