Our desserts traditionally have been Christmas pudding (an old Edmonds recipe), pav, fruit salad, and trifle.In the past 5 years or so, I've also added in Baileys or Kahlua cheesecake.

tarimasu, gingernut or choc chip log, ambrosia, rolled pav, so gotta have christmas pud, nibble things like home made choc's and truffles.... you could do a boysenberry version of a trifle doing layers of choc, bosyenberry's, custard, cream and sponge... we melted the choc and then did a final decoration with grated choc on top of the final layer of cream - sooooooooooooooo good.the boysenberry juice from the tin was enough to moisten the sponge nicely...
