Just found a recipe for Ganola calling for oats but "not quick cooking kind". What does that mean? I always have Rolled Oats here. Does it mean whole grain oats instead or something else?

Whole Oats - not those fine ones that take 3 minutes to cook.

I'd use plain rolled oats or Jumbo oats
