Emma did say, she had seen her meatball cypcake recipe in a book she did not claim it was original, I don't think it was the one, pam delilah gave the first link to, as Emma left her "spaghetti" white. there are 100's of sites withwonderful cupcake ideas,

I have changed my attitude to this show now.
I am no longer annoyed at Colin's sleaze and more fascinated by the oranges.
Each week the comments on our ongoing thread are both entertaining and inspirational.
I always record it so I can watch the more excruciating bits again, and realise 'no I didn't hear that wrong'.
Can't wait for tonight. There can't be many episodes left, though in next weeks TV guide it doesn't say it is the final.
Perhaps they will bring some contestants back in a surprise twist!

Anyone see the masterclass lesson tonight on the food channel with judge Pauline decorating the cup cakes the way she was looking for them to be done last week she was good and the cup cakes looked brilliant after she'd iced them...

i dont think i am a prude but the kitchen dance was really crude. i think if they repeat the show there will be a lot better bakers applying to be on, a lot of us are watching and thinking we can do way better ourselves! (mind you infront of a camera i am not so sure! )

did anyone notice when smelling the loaf of bread one of them stuck theirnose right in and then had crumbs on the end of her nose, haha she disappeared off camera real quick. also one of them had a yuccky looking plaster on one of their fingers, i expected it to turn up in the finished product. it was dirty and loose looking with raggedy edges.

Yes the oranges are annoying me! They started off with 8, down to 7 and one of them is mouldy and everytime I see it I want to ring Nestle and tell them to get their s*it together!
Colin is irrelevant to the show. I actually thought after seeing the ad's on Food TV for this show that April Iramea was going to host it.

No one left last night. They had a one chance during the season to not eliminate anyone... . They didnt make it a surprise that they were doing this as it was never mentioned ever before yet menttioned 3-4 times last night.
So the 3 ladies are back next week to do chocolate dishes.

Thanks alebix, I'm food scientist turned semi-pro baker/cake and cupcake decorator, the cupcakes with the flowers were for a friends potluck dinner the icing is buttercream and the flowers are made from rolled fondant. The golf ball cupcakes were for a conference held at Terrace Downs, the golf ball is sculpted buttercream covered with rolled white fondant and the grass is green coloured buttercream piped to look like grass.

Last time I was quite surprised that the eliminated Karen... they should have eliminated Grayson! ! !
I was quite shocked that they had to bring their own ingredients... . is this show so low budget that they can't even provide the staples? ! ?
