They are no longer available on the net now that the book has been published.They are obviously hoping you will buy that instead. Shame - as they had the previous series ones on there too - they have wiped the whole lot off and the book only does the latest series.

I want to make an egg custard to put into flakey pastry that I have baked and top all ready to fill etc and top with fruit-like the Nestle's Hottest Baker masterclass. Anyone got the eggy bit?
I was wanting the recipe for paulas health slice brought the book but wasnt in it does anyone had it was her recipe she used in this weeks final

They only tell you roughly what's in it. I wonder if Nestle have the recipes on their website?
