This weeks episode, the couple from italy i think, scored really high..the salad that they served with that crispy fish looked DEVINE!! But i cant remember the name of it, and really want to search the recipe..hoping someone on here can help me.

michelle145, I too watched the programme on Tuesday night and I believe that the name of the salad that you're wanting to search for is Fattoush.:-))

Exactly, and the host couple who were doing the cooking on Tuesday's programme were of Italian and ?Lebanese (if I remember correctly) descent so their menu was a mix of their favourites from their countries of origin - the salad they served was not actually Italian in origin - from seeing it on their printed menu I'm certain that it was Fattoush.:-))
