The same way you would cook Corned Silverside..slowly in a crock pot with some golden syrup and vinegar and water with a bay leave and onion studded with cloves........use some of the water its cooked in to make mustard sauce to serve with it. Mustard Sauce Edmonds Cookbook
1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder, pepper and salt to taste, 1 cup liquor corned beef is cooked in, 1/2 cup vinegar. Beat egg and sugar, add flour, mustard, pepper and salt, then stir in the liquid gradually. Cook until mixture thickens.

ULI,maganalia isobviously quite happy with the recipe she has decided to go with, BUT, as petal said others, like myself, are interested in seeingthe different ways of cooking pickled pork. I think your comment was quite uncalled for.

Beef jerky or Biltong, or yet another word for the same thing in another language.
uli, do you see it as sport to make fun of people when it's clear that you know perfectly well what is being said??
