DYC Salad Dressing. . 1/4 cup sugar. . 1 tbsp cornflour. . 1 tsp mustard. . 1 beaten egg. . 1/2 cup water. . 1/4 cup DYC white vinegar. . Combine the ingredients in a small pan and stir constantly over a low heat until thickened. . Once cool, stir in a 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1/2 tsp of salt. . Makes 11/4 cups
