what are you making that requires, aged white vinegar!. You can buy white balsamic.

I make vinegar, I have to say I appreciate a nice vinegar over the usual run of the mill stuff. you could e-mail them.

I agree,a nice vinegar does make a difference. I stumbled across this vinegar by chance in countdown in New Lynn sometime ago.Everyone said how nice the dressings were and asked what I had used.Sadly CD cancelled the linedue to insufficient demand.
