Our Gherkins have gone mad this year and we are picking over 2kg every two days. We have pickled 30 odd jars (most gone to neighbours) using the Edmonds cookbook recipe. Are there alternative methods for using Gherkins or other tried and proven recipes for preserving? Suggestions for the surplus? thanx

gherkin relish is yummy. also perhaps google may have some ideas.
