My version of Moro bar and Pineapple lump slice. Very Rich, chewey and gooey, but yummy. .
Moro Bar and Pineapple lump Slice.
Bag of Pineapple lumps cut in 1/2
2 large moro Bars cut into chunks.
1 Tin condensed milk
2good cups sweet broken biscuit crumbs
About 100 grams melted butter
300 grams chocolate buttons.

Preheat oven to 160-170c. Line a slice tin with baking paper.
Crush biscuits and add melted butter, mix to combine press into a slice tin with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle chopped Moro Bar pieces and pineapple lumps on top of biscuit base.
Pour over evenly a tin of condensed milk.

Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 Min's, until golden and bubbly.
Allow to cool and refrigerate.
Then melt the chocolate
in the microwave on a medium setting, short burstsstirring occasionaly till smooth and runny. Spread chocolate over the slice.
Allow to sit until the chocolate sets at room temp, then cut into slices keep in the fridge. . Have included a photo as its a bit different to the mars bar one with rice bubbles.

The ready made pineapple is a bit too sweet ! If DIY ,then it is trmbolesuoe . To balance out the sweetness of the pinepple , cut the sugar content of the skin, can it be done ?
