Im trying to make up a recipe for horse treats but I dont want to put ingredients in like flour etc. The recipe I have tried (my own) means they come out really crumbly.
My question is what is the ingredient in cakes, biscuits etc that binds and sticks the ingredients together so the finished product isnt crumbly. Is it the flour or butter or another ingredient? I will try to substitute whatever it is for something animal friendly.
