Hi does any one know how to make paper mache - i have heard you can blow up balloons and paper mache them and then pop the balloon and cut in half and make masks but i am unsure on the making of the mache? ?

We use to use flour and water as paste. Wallpaper paste is good though. Just rip up newspaper into bits and put in the paste mix then cover the balloon with the soaked newspaper - you kinda need to let every layer dry before adding the next.
Yeah we just used flour and water at home as kids :)
