I don't think you would re-heat it in the SC, just keep it warm.

You are not reheating it. You bring it home hot, you place it in a hot container. You eat it. You cool down what you don't need, refrigerate it and if you cook it into something else, you do so when its cold. The casserole I make requires cold cooked chicken, then it is cooked again as a casserole, thoroughly. Where do you get the 4x reheating from? ? ?

Strangely, in 30 years of cooking for my family, we have never ever had any form of food poisoning. I bet a lot of people can't say that. We were taught proper hygiene practices, sadly a lot of people just don't use common sence these days. Fisher will know exactly what I am talking about.

Hell no. And sometimes they aren't cooked properly in the middle either. In fact I don't even buy frozen ones at the supermarket, you want your cheap chicken specialist and roast it yourself.

yip me too, i havent roasted my own chook in over a year now, we get 2 nights dinners and a lunch out of them, and yes the lunch is usually soup i make out of whats left on the carcass... .
