Buy an instant pudding, make it with half the milk the packet says. Whip 300mls of cream and fold/stir it through instant pudding mix. Ta da! :)

An easy to make recipe and tastes great..

Break a 250gm block of your favourite chocolate into squares, add 25gms butter and zap in your microwave till the butter is melted - the chocolate will look like squares still - stir it through the butter.

Add the yolks of 2 eggs and whisk quickly and well and set aside.

Whisk the 2 egg whites until stiff, fold through the chocolate mix, pour into a serving bowl or pretty individual bowls or glasses.. and chocolate mousse.. done! :-)

I get the Weight Watchers one in a sachet - mix it up and then spoon it into small bowls with chocolate sponge cake at the bottom of the bowls. Then chill - really yummy!

From memory, then Hansells packet one was pretty good.

I agree the ones in packets are good, especially if you are short on time.
