I think Heathcote Valley School, Bridle Path Rd has one. I don't know whether they hire it out on the basis you are looking for.

All golf clubs have registered kitchens. I know of one company that started out making their fruit jellies in a golf club kitchen. You may have to work at an 'odd' time (eg - overnight) to accommodate their requirements ... but perhaps this would not be a problem for you ? Best of luck :-)
