i want to make pasta for dinner but i have already got sausages out so thinking i may as well make a sausage pasta dish. any suggestions other than the basic tomatoes ?

Fry onions, add chopped sausages, add garlic, tomatoes, chilli, fry a bit more, add chopped chives and parsley,
add cooked pasta (or for a low carb dish use cauli instead of pasta)
fry for another minute sprinkle with cheese and serve with a huge mixed salad :)
