I have got chicken thighs and chicken drumsticks and streaky bacon anyone got easy recipes for either of these that dont involve cheese.

Pan fry the chicken pieces in some oil and put aside. Cook the sliced bacon in the same pan and put aside, then cook onions and garlic in same pan, add the chicken pieces and bacon, a splash of wine and a tin of tomatoes along with seasonings and herbs (oregano is nice), cover and cook through. You can also add sliced mushrooms along with the tomatoes. You could also crisp up some of the bacon and sprinkle over the top just before you serve. Good with pasta.
