You could marinate in honey and soy sauce as you would chicken wings. they can be done on the barbeque or baked in the oven that way.

Spiced WingsCan add ginger and garlic if desired In a big bowl mix ~ 1 cup yoghurt, 1 onion diced, 1 tsp coriander, 2 tsp cumin, chilli paste to taste, 1 tsp paprika, lots salt & pepper... . Mix well, stir in wings. Marinade overnight. Bake in oven till cooked...

Hoisin Wings 2 tbsp oil, 1 clove garlic crushed with knife, wings cut in half if too big, 1 red pepper, deseeded and diced. . 6 spring onions, cut diagonally. . 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp dry sherry, 1 tsp honey... Heat oil... Fry garlic for a minute then remove and discard... Add wings and fry until golden brown... Add pepper and spring onion, stir fry 1 minute... Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry coating chicken pieces...

And just to go a bit further than cookies recipe above... Honey and Sesame Sauce Ingredients: Halved wings, salt and pepper to taste, 1 cup honey, 1 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 cup oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced. . Method: Rinse wings and pat dry... Cut each wing at joint to make two sections. . Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper. . Place wings in roasting dish and grill until browned... Transfer to crockpot. . For Sauce: Combine honey, soy sauce, tomato sauce, oil and garlic in bowl... Pour over the wings... Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours. . Stir to coat occasionally. . Garnish with toasted sesame seeds when serving...
