Shared lunch tomorrow & want to know recipe for marinated chicken wings that consists of honey, soya sauce, tomato sauce & garlic ... . anyone know what quantities are used? Thanks

STICKY SOY CHICKEN WINGS 1 Kg chicken wing drums (the thicker part of the chicken wing) ¼ cup each ofdark brown sugar, dark soy sauce&tomato sauce ¼ tsp chilli powder
Place the chicken in a flat, deep-sided ceramic dish. Combine all the remaining ingredients and pour the mixture over the chicken. Toss well to combine. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 30 minutes, then place the chicken in a single layer in an oven pan. Roast at200°Cfor30-35 minutes until cooked and well-browned. Servee. g. with steamed green vegetables and fluffy rice.

quantities depend on how many wings! :-) ps. 1 tbs for the honey, and sauce's and 1 teaspoon of the garlic... we also use the same amount of ginger... also, we usesweet chilly sauce instead of tomato. . if you want, you can put in a1/2 teaspoon full of sesame oil

I also use 1 can of coke and 1-2 cloves of garlic.
