this is my first week on hcg i was not good at keeping to the 500cal diet but i have still lost 3kgs ya im happy with that as i work in a cafe it hard to keep to the 500 but im getting there its old habbits i need to breck

im still happy with losing 3kg i know probly could have lost more but it hard staing to 500cal when you work in a kitchen around yummy sweets
