Chicken Soup??

If you like leeks in there, great. . just for me it has a strong flavour all of its own :} and funnily enough I was going to say just dont use leek tops in the basic stock. . For me, it tends to take over the flavour of the chicken soup tis all. . :} I have been making it with cheap chicken thighs bought just for the purpose and the worst part is removing all the skin and fat before I boil them. . Found it all easier when still frozen. . there's a LOT of tasty meat on them and its nice to have a real soup with chunks of chicken floating about in it. . :}
