just found a huge leg of ham in the freezer which I defrosted last night which I will bake today for tea... whats your yummiest ever glaze? TIA

Remove skin and crisscross the fat. I then cover with masterfoods wholegrain mustard and then pour over a bit on the side spicy apricot sauce. This is delicious. Just keep basting it with the juices from the dish
