this is my easy peasy food processor one I got from the internet

125gramm butter
1/2 cup brown sugar ( a full cup is 250ml)
1/2 cup white sugar------whizz in FP until creamy

add an egg and whizz a bit more

add 1 3/4 cups flour, 1tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla, pinch salt

add choc chips of choice, I currently use small handful of plain giantsize button, and 1 small handful of dark choc giant buttons. i find that the giant ones are best in the FP.

roll into balls, flatten out a bit on tray and cook about 12-15minson 180 deg

If you used the Edmonds recipe, you need 3TBPS condensed milk rather than 3tsps.

sossie1 - I just made your reciepe and they are really yum. I made a single batch and got 40 decent size biscuits out of it. And only needed the food processor so didn't make a lot of dirty dishes.
Thanks for posting the recipe.
