Husband busy getting rid of old tomato plants but salvaging heaps of green tomatoes. All suggestions gratefully received

Green tomatoe relish is delicious, havent made it but was given a jar, just google for a recipe.

Fried green tomatoes, lots of recipes but the simplest is: slice thickly, dip in milk or buttermilk, dip in seasoned flour, polenta, or breadcrumbs, fry in hot shallow oil until brown on each side (peanut oil is good) Very adaptable.
Fritters are good, too, I made green tomato, corn, and green onion fritters the other day. Can't remember where I got the recipe!

Thank you all for these suggestions. I like the idea of the fritters, will give them a go.
