Does anyone have a good recipe. No breadcrumbs, only using mixed fruit peels etc. Can have brandy or orange juice. I have lost my recipe and i cant find anything close as they all have breadcrumbs

Just leave out the breadcrumbs. I don't always put them in my regular recipe which has them in the ingredients. Pudding always comes out well.

Breadcrumbs help to give it a lighter texture.
