Anyone got the recipe for this cold desert which by memory contains Cold cooked rice, marshmallows, pineapple, pineapple chunks and yoghurt/cream,

I just add cooked cold rice to whipped cream, marshmallows, pineapple chunks or fresh berries if available. Add anything else you wish really. Fold together and chill, yummy and so easy.
