Morning, I am making Annabel Langbein silky lemon tart and it has thickened cream in it, is that whipped cream or can you buy that? Thanks

Muzzie you can purchase thickened cream, it is kept by the "runny" cream.It is in a pot rather than a bottle.

Or you can just use ordinary cream and whip it slightly - I have done that for a mousse recipe I often use.

whipped cream is too runny as it has a lot more water in it and brakes down use the pot of thickened cream and it will be yummy
