For our fish maybe but I can't see this appearing on the daily menu for the people in the household here just yet.

I am not so fond of mealworms myself - I rather feed them to the chooks and eat the chooks and eggs. Also works well for chokos - we had well over a thousand last autumn - now we have lovely pork :)

This is as far as it gets to my insect eating :)

I don't eat brains, intestines or most organs.
Fillet the bug first and I might.

uli, Nov 16, 2:18am
Do you fillet shrimps and prawns?

buzzy110, Nov 16, 2:47am
Or whitebait? What about snails?

uli, Nov 16, 2:52am
Definitely fillet whitebait!

Snails - no - they go onto flavoured flour for a week - lovely garlic and herb stuffed snails :)

Not much smaller than anchovies and I am very fast at filleting those :)
