I have a hole heap of Oysters, what to do with them other than raw with a squeeze of lemon?

Put a single layer in scallop shells, couple of drops of worcestershire sauce on each, a thin slice of garlic butter to cover, sprinkle with breadcrums and grill until golden brown - YUM! Or you could of course send them to me!

Freeze in milk. . when thawed wash in cold water treat as fresh... :)Anne

are they large or thin not much in them ones, might take a trip there for a drive , where abouts is the place you bought ?
