Sorry. I don't have a recipe. I can't imagine eating curried crayfish. I 'd rather like the flavour unsullied I think.

Me too, it's such a treat for me, that I love to savor the taste.
It would have to be mild curry or perhaps Asian style flavours? I dunno.

Talk about co-incidence . a friend is dropping me off a cray for dinner tonight. After I came into this thread, I was salivating at the thought of fresh crayfish & bu**er me I got the phone call! A business colleague of his from Kaikoura has given him a few . whoo hoo!

It's actually surprisingly yum lightly curried. My mother used to do this and even people that said they didn't like crayfish (yes, apparently there are some out there) would have a taste then dive in for more. I'm pretty sure she just used the basic recipe out of Edmonds Cookbook.
