Talk about co-incidence . a friend is dropping me off a cray for dinner tonight. After I came into this thread, I was salivating at the thought of fresh crayfish & bu**er me I got the phone call! A business colleague of his from Kaikoura has given him a few . whoo hoo! This appeals to me, http://nadialim.com/recipe/barbequed-lime-and-chilli-crayfish/ but I'll probably have it 'au naturel'.

It's actually surprisingly yum lightly curried. My mother used to do this and even people that said they didn't like crayfish (yes, apparently there are some out there) would have a taste then dive in for more. I'm pretty sure she just used the basic recipe out of Edmonds Cookbook.
Have a lovely Christmas. :)
