Has anyone made this before? It uses a 1.2kg chicken, and says it feeds 6 people but looking at the ingredients it doesn't seem like it would. Just wondering if I need to buy a bigger chicken and add to the ingredients. thanks.

Thanks - yep that's what I'll have to do. I was just trying to keep the budget down by checking if I'd need to - tight budget this year so trying to just make what we need. So was hoping someone else had made it and could tell me how many it fed!

It depends if you are using this as a main style dish or serving it along side other dishes. If serving other dishes I think it would be fine.

Nope, it's the main dish - with garlic bread on the side. Ok will add more ingredients.
