I saw a recipe on FB yesterday, made with lemon juice, cream and capers but now I can't find it. Can anyone come up with a recipe please? I want it to go with fish.

Lemon Caper Cream Sauce 2 tsp olive oil 1 clove crushed garlic 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 Tblsp capers 1 tsp lemon pepper Warm oil over medium heat, add garlic, and cook 1 minute. Reduce heat, Stir in lemon juice, capers, and lemon-pepper, Add sour cream or cream and cook 5 mins or till heated through

or you could just melt 80gr butter add zest of 1 lemon and 2 Tblsp capers, pour over fish

Thank you. I had to just go for it and make my own concoction, which was rather delish I must say. Hubby loved it anyway.
