have onions, garlic, soy sauce, chicken stock, pineapple juice, pineapple, seasoning. What else can I add. Vinegar!

sometimes a spot of sugar to bring out the sweetness of the pineapple helps.get a little bit out into a cup and sweeten it and see if thats it.

I add 1 desp brown sugar and 2 desp balsamic to mine plus a dash of sweet chilli sauce. Secret is to brown off the pork and veg before adding the stock. I do mine in the pressure cooker then its only one pot and takes about ½hr to cook. (no hot kitchen)
