Cucumber and cream cheese mould

Some years ago, at a party, I had a delicious cucumber mould which had cream cheese in it. Does anyone have a recipe for this, please.

Thank you 245sam. That one looks ideal. On Christmas day we have friends in their nineties who appreciate "old fashioned" like beetroot in jelly etc. We think they will like this cucumber one. Happy Christmas.
