I have been given some whitebait and need a good fritter recipe, hav'nt made them before but don't want to mess them up. Thanks

Eggs with a little flour and salt. I use 5 eggs to 2 pound of whitebait.

pinch of mustard and half tea spoon baking powder make them yummy as well added to flower and eggs.
