Will they taste okay and does someone have a good recipe please?

Basic Batter Makes 16 fritters 2/3 c self raising flour (or plain flour with 1.5 teasp Baking Powder) 2 eggs separated ½ c milk Beat the egg yolk & milk together & whick in the fflour. Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry & fold into the flour mixture. I add about 1 cup of corn to this mix & have used fresh/tinned/frozen successfully.
