I have bought my hubby ( an ice cream lover) an ice cream maker for his birthday on Saturday. I'd love the first try to be a huge success so if anyone has a great recipe please can you post it. He is a fan of vanilla ice cream and it's a freeze the bowl type of machine TIA

dado I've bumped up an ice cream thread with a yummy ice cream recipe for you, try and use a real pod for it, vanilla essence won't give it that great flavour :)
