I have a f&p fan 2nd hand oven, on the oven options it has fan bake, andfan forced, as well as oven and classic bake.
Not being much of a cook I was wondering is there much of a real difference between the two fan options, and bake options! I know the difference is with a fan option on the whole oven should be the same temperature so can cook food evenly top and bottom trays.

Hi.The fan bake option is where the top and bottom elements are both running with the fan circulating the heat round the oven cavity.Good for crsping up food and speeding up the cooking process.Fan forced is where the fan is running in conjunction with an element at the back of the oven to create even heat.Good for baking multiple trays of biscuits etc.Hope this helps.
