Chicken soup and reheating.

Hello all.I have always been paranoid about reheating chicken soup made from chicken frames with the meat picked off. What do I need to do to make sure it's safe to eat! or is it so well cooked the first time around that there's no bacteria left anyway!

Reheat once good and hot, freeze the rest in meal size tubs, heat up good and hot again when you eat it.Been doing this for years with no problems with soup made from my chicken stock made with the chicken frames.

Thanks fifie. Often I turn it into a minestrone and chicken. I'll have to re-heat in the microwave to eliminate it sticking to the bottom, yet not having to stir it thereby breaking up the pasta more than necessary.
