I use rice bran in baking and for 50gm butter I use 40ml oil.

Rice bran is the only oil i would use for baking, it doesnt affect the flavor and is great for you!

Yes just as per the recipe, i do make my apple sauce though and drain it well before pureeing to avoid any extra water.
